I always need a good book when I'm working, especially when painting lots of dots. I just finished listening to Cutting for Stone by Abraham Verghese. I finished it today, sadly. 19 discs of wonderous story. Now I need a new one. Any suggestions?
I would suggest the graphic novel I'm currently reading, Habibi, but it wouldn't do you much good as an audio book. Maybe not for studio time, but I highly recommend it nonetheless.
P.S., I featured you on my blog: http://15paintedcups.blogspot.com/2012/02/blogs-i-love.html
I'm such a big fan of your work. Hope you don't mind!

If you haven't already read it, The Hare With Amber Eyes is really captivating. For lighter fare, I'm enjoying the Jaqueline Winspear (author), Maisie Dobbs series right now. They're mysteries set in England, after the Great War. The reader is fabulous.
